Privacy Policy for the website

 

The purpose of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 is to guarantee that the processing of your personal data takes place with respect to human rights, fundamental freedoms and the dignity of individuals, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity. It is therefore our duty to inform you about our policy with regard to privacy.

1. Purposes for processing

1.1 We inform you that pursuant to Art. 13 of the Code governing the protection of personal data, that the personal data provided by you, when sending us a form by email or when registering with the www.studiozappacosta.com website, will be processed for those purposes associated with the provision of our services1.

1.2 Your data will be used, if permission is granted, for sending business offers and information, even by third parties to whom it will be possible for the Owner to communicate the data provided by you (for registered users only).

1.3 Your data will be used, if permission is granted, to collect data and information in general and in particular on your trends and/or preferences (for registered users only).

2. Method of processing

2.1 The data are collected by the entities specified in section 5, in accordance with the guidelines contained in the Privacy Code, placing particular emphasis on the minimum security measures envisaged (Articles 33-34) concerning their processing by electronic (Art. 35), manual and automated means with logic that is strictly related to the above purposes and in any case to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the actual data.

3. Voluntary providing of data

3.1 The providing of personal data by you is totally voluntary; however, a refusal to include them in the registration page for the purposes of delivering the service (section 1.1) will render it impossible to use certain services offered by our website www.studiozappacosta.com.

3.2 The providing of personal data by you is voluntary for the purposes of marketing (section 1.2) and profiling (section 1.3) and a refusal to grant permission will have no effect on the delivery of our services.

4. Categories of entities to whom or which the personal data may be communicated

4.1 The data collected for the purposes of delivering the service (section 1.1) may be communicated to companies which undertake activities strictly associated with and instrumental to the operation of the service. This data may be transferred to companies associated with Studio Zappacosta.

5. Data Controller, processors and those in charge

5.1 The Data Controller is Maurizio Zappacosta, domiciled at Studio Zappacosta, in Via Cristoforo Colombo, 134, in Rome.

5.2 The Data Controller uses external Data Processors for fulfilling the purposes specified in section 1.1 (technical purposes associated with the delivery of the service), 1.2 (marketing purposes) and 1.3 (profiling purposes) and a complete list can be requested by emailing the special address provided in section 6.2.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

6.1 We remind you that you have the right, at any moment in time, to know what data you have provided and how these are used, as well as have them updated, supplemented, corrected or request their erasure or blocking or to object to their processing if carried out in violation of the law, pursuant to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

7.1 Cookies

7.1.1 The Studio Zappacosta website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device whilst you are browsing the sites. Cookies can be stored permanently on your device and have a variable duration (persistent cookies), they can erase themselves when the browser is shut down or they can have a limited duration (session cookies). Cookies can be installed by Studio Zappacosta or can be installed from other websites (third-party cookies).

7.1.2 The main reasons for the cookies installed by Studio Zappacosta are technical. They are used to constantly improve the service and for statistical purposes such as counting the number of visits to the www.studiozappacosta.com website. 7.2.1 Information regarding articles that appear on the www.studiozappacosta.com website will be visible in searches carried out using the internal search engine, and given that Studio Zappacosta allows its own contents to be indexed by third party search engines, these may also be made available to third party search engines . In those cases where the related page has already been removed from the www.studiozappacosta.com website, it is possible that a cached copy may still appear among the search engine results for a few days. The search results are not managed by Studio Zappacosta, but the user can report the removal of the page, and request the updating of the cached copy directly to the search engine at this address.
